The four Nordic TSOs, Energinet, Fingrid, Statnett and Svenska kraftnät have started the Nordic Grid Development Perspective 2021 project during last autumn. A key part of the project is to create a common Nordic scenario, “Climate neutral Nordics”. Stakeholders are invited to give their feedback on the Nordic scenario.
The Climate neutral Nordics scenario presents a path to decarbonized Nordic electricity system. The scenario will be built for years 2030 and 2040 given zero emissions by 2050, and it will be used for exploring the future system needs of the Nordic power system.
The Nordic TSOs will organize a joint webinar regarding the created Nordic scenario and stakeholders are invited to give comments to the scenario. The scenario webinar will be organized on 10.2.2021 9-11 CET.
