Yrityskauppa parantaa Accenturen tarjontaa Euroopassa Intershopin, hybriksen ja Adoben digitaalisten ratkaisujen osalta
Accenture on ostanut Brightstepin, ruotsalaisen digitaalisen konsultoinnin yrityksen, joka on erikoistunut digitaalisen sisällön ja kaupan ratkaisuihin. Accenture vahvistaa näin digitaalisen markkinoinnin ja kaupan palveluitaan, joita se tarjoaa Accenture Interactiven kautta. Yritysoston myötä Accenturen asiakkaita palvelee entistä suurempi joukko digitaalisen kaupan ammattilaisia, jotka hallitsevat muun muassa Intershopin, hybris softwaren ja Adoben ratkaisut. Kaupan yksityiskohtia ei julkistettu.
Brightstep, joka on nyt osa Accenture Interactivea, on yli 60 ihmistä työllistävä digitaalisen konsultoinnin yritys, joka tarjoaa digitaalisen strategian, kaupan, sisällön ja interaktiivisen markkinoinnin palveluita. Lisäksi yritys tarjoaa digitaalisen alustan valintaan, kehittämiseen ja toteutukseen liittyviä palveluita vähittäismyynnin, muodin ja televiestinnän alalla toimiville yhtiöille, sekä energia- ja kaivosteollisuuteen. Brightstep on globaali Intershop Platinum Partner -kumppani, hybris Gold Partner -kumppani ja yksi eniten hybris-osaajia työllistävistä yrityksistä Pohjoismaissa. Yritys tarjoaa myös Adoben ratkaisuihin (esim. Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics ja Adobe Test & Target) keskittyvää konsultointia ja toteutuksia asiakkaille.

Vuonna 2001 Ruotsissa perustettu Brightstep on viimeisin tulokas yritysostojen sarjassa, joilla Accenture Interactive on vahvistanut ja laajentanut end-to-end-konsultoinnin ja -teknologian palveluitaan brändi- ja markkinointijohtajille. Aiemmin tänä vuonna Accenture osti Reactiven, yhden Australian suurimmista itsenäisistä digitaalisten palveluiden yrityksistä. Vuonna 2013 Accenture osti Fjordin, digitaaliseen palvelumuotoiluun ja innovointiin keskittyvän yrityksen, jolla on liiketoimintaa Euroopassa, Yhdysvalloissa ja Latinalaisessa Amerikassa. Samana vuonna Accenture osti myös Acquity Groupin ja lisäsi siten monikanavaisen kaupan palvelujen ja tärkeimpien digitaalisten alustojen, kuten hybriksen ja Adoben, osaamistaan Yhdysvalloissa. Reactive, Fjord ja Activity Group ovat kaikki osa Accenture Interactivea.
Accenture perusti vastikään Eurooppaan tulevaisuuden digitaaliseen asiakaskokemukseen keskittyvän innovaatiokeskuksen. Accenture Interactive Innovation Center Ranskan Sophia Antipoliksessa tarjoaa johtaville brändeille ympäristön, jossa voi kokea sosiaalisen median ja tekoälyn vaikutuksen asiakaspalveluun, markkinointikampanjoihin ja koko asiakaskokemukseen.
