Red Bull Crashed Ice - ice cross downhill - returns to Finland for the third event of the season
On January 29-30, 2016, ice cross downhill skaters will battle on the frozen northern rim of Europe as Red Bull Crashed Ice returns to Finland but this time to Jyväskylä, the largest city in Central Finland. The third Red Bull Crashed Ice event of the season will deliver a spectacular and action-packed competition on one of the world's most exciting natural ice tracks and the longest ever in ice cross downhill history. Finland is the home of some of the world's best ice cross downhill racers such as Miikka Jouhkimainen (8th overall) and Paavo Klintrup (7th overall). The sport is hugely popular in this country that loves speed and athletes who push themselves to the limit.
Qicraft Finland Oy has delivered Finland´s first Technogym Group Cycle™ indoorbikes to the competition for the competitors to warm up. You can watch the competition broadcast live on redbullcrashedice.com and on Red Bull TV at 7:15 p.m. CET in January 30th.
