Markku Hämäläinen appointed group CEO for Otto Brandt

Markku Hämäläinen has been appointed group CEO starting 22.1.2016. Hämäläinen has been the CEO of one of the groups’ subsidiaries, Oy Brandt Ab, for three years prior to this appointment.
“Markku has a strong track record and good references from his time as Oy Brandt Ab’s CEO. In addition to his role as CEO he has also managed our boat factories together with the local management. Markku will be in charge of the groups’ operations as a whole, including the operations of the groups’ four subsidiaries Oy Brandt Ab, Brandt-Polaris Oy, TerhiTec Oy and Bike & Boat World.” says majority owner and chairman of the board Stefan Brandt

Otto Johan Albin Brandt set up a small sports shop in Helsinki 1905 which he named Otto Brandt.
