A strategic alliance has been established between two of the major B2B interior solutions companies in the Nordics, the EdsbynSenab Group and Isku Group. By combining the companies’ expertise and range, the alliance will enable substantial global growth.
The offering of the EdsbynSenab Group and Isku Group combined is competitive for customers in both companies’ market areas, redefining how the Nordics will furnish public spaces.
Over 200 years of experience in design and production
The two companies share the same DNA: they are family owned companies with long traditions, and the companies have the courage to redefine themselves and their businesses. Having their roots in the Nordic forests and carpentry, the companies value nature and high quality. Sustainability is in the core of both companies’ businesses, their products and productions. Products and processes are certified with either the Swan Label, Möbelfakta, ISO quality and environment certificates or PEFC certificate (Chain of Custody) for wood.
The alliance between the two companies creates an extensive, global range for the both companies’ customers, for example in office and education. The companies together will cover the Nordic countries, Russia, Kazakhstan, the Baltics, Poland, France, Middle East, China and the USA.
Together to new market areas
Isku’s CEO Arto Tiitinen and EdsbySenab’s CEO Bengt Nilsson are both glad that the foundation of this alliance is based on sharing the same values and the views on sustainability, business and the future needs of our customers.
- We benefit from these synergies today and in the future. We are aiming for significant growth from Sweden and other Isku’s market areas, says Arto Tiitinen, CEO of Isku Group.
- I totally agree with Arto. We believe that Isku’s products will be a valuable addition to our portfolio. At the same time our brand Edsbyn has for a long-time searched for a way to sell and distribute our range into new markets, Finland and the Baltics in specifically. This alliance is the solution to our need for good and effective expansion, says Bengt Nilsson, CEO of EdsbynSenab Group.
The alliance is valid as of January 29th, 2020.
