Antilooppi acquires the office property Quartetto Fuuga from the Church’s Pension Fund and the Parish Union of Helsinki, located at Linnoitustie 9, Leppävaara, Espoo. Quartetto Fuuga was constructed in 2003 and it offers 7,200 sqm of lettable area. The property includes a car park with a total of 160 parking spaces. The property is fully leased to Samlink Oy.
”Quartetto Fuuga is Antilooppi’s first investment in Leppävaara. The area is interesting for Antilooppi since there is a strong demand for office space, good services and excellent transport connections”, comments Tuomas Sahi, CEO of Antilooppi.
