Pohjolan Voima Oyj's joint venture Teollisuuden Voima Oyj announces that the plant supplier Areva-Siemens Consortium will perform a schedule review of OL3 EPR plant unit and provide Teollisuuden Voima Oyj an overall rebaseline schedule for the final phases of the project in July.
Pohjolan Voima Oyj's (PVO) joint venture Teollisuuden Voima Oyj (TVO) published in 10th of April 2019 that the Consortium will provide a schedule review of OL3 EPR in June. However, according to the information provided by the Consortium the schedule review will be completed in July.
In April TVO also announced that the modification outage work during the first quarter of the year at Olkiluoto 3 had not been progressed according to the updated schedule issued by the plant supplier Areva-Siemens Consortium in November 2018. Based on the information provided by the plant sup-plier in April the fuel will not be loaded to the reactor before the end of August.
TVO, a 57% owned joint venture of PVO, produces electricity with two nuclear power plant units lo-cated in Olkiluoto, Eurajoki (OL1 and OL2).
