Billebeino, the clothing brand of a former Finnish NHL player Ville Leino, is on the rise internationally. The latest sign of this is Billebeino clothing and Leino's art being featured on the highly valued Highsnobiety's website and Instagram posts.
Highsnobiety is a German-based streetwear media brand founded in 2005 by David Fisher. It covers trends and news in fashion, art, music, and culture; reaching millions of people monthly.
The collaboration of Billebeino and Highsnobiety includes an article on the www.highsnobiety.com -website and multiple images posted on their Instagram page.
In addition to Billebeino clothing being showcased, the artwork of Ville Leino is also highlighted in the images. Leino's art started the whole brand, but it hasn't been featured to this extent before. All of the paintings in the background of the images are painted by Leino.
"It's amazing to collaborate with Highsnobiety. We wanted to show more of my art in this collaboration as well," Leino says.
Highsnobiety's headquarters are in Berlin, and the company has offices in Los Angeles, London, Hong Kong, Tokyo and New York. The company employs around 100 people.
During the years Highsnobiety's media has featured many of the most famous brands of the fashion world, including New Balance, Louis Vuitton and Levi’s.
Billebeino is currently spreading from Finland to North America and Europe. In 2018, the company's turnover was 2,3 million euros with a profit of 446 000 euros.

Financially Billebeino has been growing steadily year by year. In the first accounting period 2015 the company's turnover was 267 000 euros, when in 2018 the turnover had already grown to 2 250 000 euros, with the profit of 446 000 euros.
