The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) arranges a seminar in Helsinki on 17-18 May 2016. The aim is to start a project which enhances the representation of women working as border authorities.
The seminar will bring together experts within border protection and customs as well as equal opportunity experts from different parts of the OSCE area. Different procedures within the OSCE area will be presented during the seminar, and implementation models to increase the representation of women working as border authorities will be discussed. Finland participates actively in the project and in the seminar which now is being organised at the Customs School.
